The Reiss Profile is a new scientific diagnostic system, which can make both individual personality profiles and situation behaviour, in connection with the Reiss Profile Master, (more) recordable and predictable.
Thus, the Reiss Profile offers a new innovative viewpoint and in addition an effective basis for staff selection, staff development and team development. At the same time it makes for a secure decision platform to communicate more individually and successfully with employees, customers, life-partners and your own children.
The Reiss Profile provides a comprehensive insight into the complexity of human behaviour and development potential comparable to (the) computed tomography in medicine.
The Reiss Profile shows how we behave in private-, work- and stress-related situations and give us a deep insight into the differences between our desired behaviour and our actual private or professional behaviour.
The Reiss Profile gathers our intrinsic motive- and value-structure, looks at our own personal individual driving force (our 16 desires), and explains why we behave in a very specific manner. Moreover, it considers whether this manner matches us and how we can act more flexibly and individually suitably.
